DEPARTMENT OF VOCATION UNDER “NSQF”

BRIEF OF THE DEPARTMENT

Skill-based education is a unique initiative by the Government of India that aims to offer Indian youth a meaningful, industry-relevant, skill-based vocational training through various programmes. It’s a great pleasure for us that our organization adopts number of initiatives with the vision of uplifting society by contributing in quality skill development by introducing  innovative ideas in education and training under National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) from the academic session 2014–15. Identifying the need of today’s situation and to fill the gap between demand and supply of workforce, our college has been authorized and approved by UGC, New Delhi to run different skill-based and job-oriented degree courses under B. Voc programme. Moreover, under Community College Scheme, we are running different diploma and certificate courses with specific Job Roles and Qualification Packs (QPs) as per the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
